Have you ever watched a caterpillar spin a cocoon? The Silk Worm spins a cocoon that was used for a VERY VALUBLE type of clothing in china!!! It was called “Silk” In the spring women would cut off mulberry trees to feed the silk worms.

Justin: Did you guys want to know something about the grand school. Well I have some information for you. Did you know that a guy named Wudi created the grand school? Well he did. At the school they would teach Chinese literature. Only 50 students were allowed to study at the Grand School. They also learned about poetry, history, proper behavior, and folk songs.

Silk Road is not made out of silk. It is a series of trading routes all over the world. Plus its about 4000 miles. They sometime traded goods with Rome and other countries. They had goods that many people wanted. The Roman's gave them gems, silver, and gold for their goods.
